The shortlist arrives already checked.

We have been filling roles on referrals for years. Now online, with one thing added: before a CV reaches your hiring manager, that candidate has sat a thirty minute assessment written from their own CV, and we tell you whether it stood up.

Sorted by CV verdict first, then by score. The 82 sits last because the answers did not match what the CV claims. Sample data, not real candidates.

One flag matters more than the score.

A score tells you how someone did on a paper. It does not tell you whether the CV in front of you belongs to the person who wrote it. Two questions in every assessment come from the candidate's own CV, and the answers decide the flag.

  • Stands up

The answers matched what the CV claims. Details, order of work, and the things that went wrong all line up with someone who was actually there.

  • Thin

Answered, but vaguely, in the way people write when they watched the work rather than did it. Worth an interview, with sharper questions ready.

  • Does not stand up

The answers contradict the CV, or could have been written by someone who had never been near the job. You get the transcript and decide for yourself.

Thirty minutes, one sitting.

Short enough that candidates finish it, long enough to buy information a CV cannot give. Every minute is allotted, and the paper is written for that person, from their own CV. Two candidates for the same job never get the same paper.

How a mandate runs.

From the brief to the shortlist, without you reading a single unchecked CV.

  1. You send the brief

The role, the experience band, the salary range and the location. We agree the fee and the replacement terms in writing before anything starts.

  2. We open the role and source

Applicants get one link. They upload a CV, and an assessment is generated from it within the minute.

  3. Everyone sits the same thirty minutes

Different paper, same clock, same marks. Timing, tab switches and paste events are recorded so a copied answer shows up in the report.

  4. You get a ranked list, not a pile

Filterable by experience, expected salary, notice and CV verdict. Open any row to read every answer and the time spent on it.

Four of the people we placed.

Names shortened, packages exact, taken from the signed offer letters we hold. A jump like these is not what every candidate should expect, and we would rather show four real ones than a page of round numbers.
